Planning Advisory Committee Agendas

The Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) holds its regular monthly meeting on the first Monday of each month. If Monday is a holiday, the meeting is held on Tuesday. Meetings commence at 5:30 p.m. and are held in the Common Room at the Town Hall, 70 Hampton Road.

If you have an item for consideration by the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC), please contact the Town Office at 506-848-6600 to speak with a member of the Planning and Development team. Agenda items must be received no later than the last business day two months prior to the Committee’s meeting (i.e. the last business day of January for the March PAC meeting)  for inclusion on the next available agenda.  Applications must be complete, as determined by the Director of Planning and Development Services, for submission to a committee meeting.
