Rothesay Recreation and Parks department strives to provide safe, accessible, high quality recreational facilities and programs, along with well-maintained open space throughout the community. Department staff strive to:

  • Ensure quality facilities, programs and services are available to Town residents.
  • Develop and/or promote recreation programs and services either directly or in partnership with other public or private organizations.
  • Constantly evaluate the needs of the residents and offer services that are relevant to these needs and future trends.
  • Develop, maintain, preserve and protect our public parks and promote environmental management for all trees, natural areas and green spaces in the community.
