PLEASE NOTE:  Agendas will be posted on the Friday before the meeting and supporting documentation will be posted by noon on the day of the meeting when possible.

Rothesay Town Council holds its regular Council meetings on the second Monday of the month, usually commencing at 7:00 p.m. If Monday is a holiday, the meeting will be held on Tuesday. Council meetings are normally held in the Common Room at the Town Hall, 70 Hampton Road, Rothesay, NB. The deadline for Council agenda items is 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the meeting. All items received after that time will be forwarded to Council at its next regular meeting.

Rothesay Council enacted a new Procedural By-law effective January 1, 2015. In accordance with Section 16, By-law 2-14, supporting documentation (redacted) for Rothesay Council agendas will be posted to the website no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: The supporting documentation is provided for reference only and will be redacted/excluded in accordance with the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, SNB 2009 c. R-10.6.

Council minutes will be posted following their approval by Council (at the next meeting). Any inquiries with respect to approved motions of Council may be directed to the Clerk’s Office (Rothesay@rothesay.ca).
