Rothesay Council enacted Rothesay Municipal Plan By-law 1-20

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Rothesay Council enacted Rothesay Municipal Plan By-law 1-20 on Monday, April 12, 2021.

In accordance with the Community Planning Act, SNB 2017, c 19, Ministerial approval was given to By-law 1-20 on April 22, 2021.

By-law 1-20 was filed in the Kings County Regstry Office as Document #41340655 (By-law 1-20).
