Remembrance Day Ceremonies in the Kennebecasis Valley Cancelled

The annual Kennebecasis Valley Remembrance Day ceremony at the qplex and the informal Remembrance Day ceremony at the Rothesay Cenotaph (Rothesay Common) have been cancelled for 2020.
Traditional ceremonies cannot be held as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic; physical distancing requirements and restrictions on indoor/outdoor gatherings from Public Health.
We encourage you to honour Remembrance Day and our veterans by wearing a poppy, taking two minutes of silence at the 11th hour and observing the National Remembrance Day Ceremony being hosted online by the Royal Canadian Legion – National Headquarters: https://fb.me/e/1ShmqSDZi
