79 Donlyn Drive – Development Proposal

Rothesay Council has received an application from Corey O’Dell, on behalf of 753221 N.B. Inc., for the property at 79 Donlyn Drive (PID 30305577). The site is zoned Millennium Park Zone [MP], and the application requests that the Town enter into a development agreement allowing for the development of a multiple-unit building containing 18 dwelling units and having a height of three stories.

The Millenium Park Zone (MP) allows for a range of land uses and development where all development is controlled by way of a contractual agreement with Council.

The public is invited to a meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in the Common Room at Rothesay Town Hall, whereby the applicant will present their development proposal to the public and to allow the public to provide their comments. Written comments will be received by the Town until Wednesday, March 11, 2026 (rothesay@rothesay.ca) at NOON (12 p.m.). Comments received will be provided to Rothesay Council for the April 13, 2026, Council meeting.
