The town of Rothesay is conducting a silent auction for surplus equipment. Sealed bids will be received from December 27th, 2024 until January 10th, 2025.
How to Submit a Bid: Bidders must submit a signed bid, including the item name and a contact phone number, in a sealed envelope to Rothesay Town Hall before the deadline for their bid to be considered. Bids can be dropped off at Rothesay Town Hall weekdays from 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:30pm. Town Hall is closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
Unsigned bids or those missing a contact number will not be considered. Bids received by email, text, or phone will not be accepted.
All bids will be opened and read aloud by a Tender Opening Committee at a public meeting on Tuesday, January 14th, 2024, at 2:30pm at Rothesay Town Hall.
