Walk For Mental Health

Join us on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rothesay Netherwood School for a Walk for Mental Health in support of Just Us, a New Brunswick-based charity providing free and low-cost counselling to those in need.

Whether you’re walking for a friend, a loved one or your own mental well-being, your participation helps ensure no one has to face their mental health journey alone.

The walk is a scenic 5 km loop that takes you from Rothesay Netherwood School (40 College Hill Road, Rothesay) to East Riverside Kinghurst Park and back. Expect about 45 minutes of easy walking, fresh air and community connection. The event is rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather as well as the good vibes.

Registration costs $50 for those aged 13 and up, and includes a free event t-shirt. Kids under 13 are free! All proceeds directly support our mission to make mental health services more accessible in our community.
