Covid-19, Social Distancing & Municipal Properties

The rules and recommendations as published by the Office Chief Medical Officer of Health (OCMOH) and the Province of NB include large gatherings of 50 people or more such as graduation celebrations and assembling for class photos.

Gatherings of larger than 50 people is not supported by the OCMOH nor the town of Rothesay or the use of town facilities for such gatherings while respecting social distancing requirements.  Parking is extremely limited in areas such as the Renforth Wharf and or the Rothesay Common and on-street parking outside of designated spaces is prohibited under municipal by-laws.
