Rothesay Environmental Impact Assessment Registration
Replacement of Existing Water Well |

Rothesay has made application (file size 2Mb) to the Province of New Brunswick for a Water Source Supply Assessment for replacement of Well #3, pursuant to Section 3(5) of The Water Quality Regulation 82-126, Clean Environment Act.
In conjunction with this, an Environmental Impact Assessment Registration (file size 168 Kb) has been completed pursuant to Section 5(2) of The Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation 87-83, Clean Environment Act.
Additional information (file size 1Mb) with respect to the above-noted registration document has been forwarded to the Province of New Brunswick.
