Rothesay Environmental Impact Assessment Registration
Oakville Acres Stormwater Management
 
Rothesay has made application to the Province of New Brunswick for a Watercourse and Wetland Alteration Application for the construction of storm water management in Oakville Acres.

In conjunction with this, an Environmental Impact Assessment Registration has been completed pursuant to Section 5(1) of The Watercourse and Wetland Alteration Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation 90-80, New Brunswick Clean Water Act C-6.1, Acts of New Brunswick, 1989.
